Taming the mighty mind
The word mind in a general sense holds an awful lot of importance considering it's imaginative ability and the limit being the sky. After all, Einstein himself said, “The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination.” However, sometimes we let it dominate our own lives like it has a say, just for being a vital organ. To be more specific, our mind can prove to be essential only when we have total control over it but not the other way around. Since, it has the tendency to distract you in the blink of an eye, and put you in a state of thinking that you’d never wish to be, and worst of all is, its ability to assume half of the things from an irrational perspective which contributes to mental unrest.
